Day 29 – Sincerity In Seeking Knowledge
From Abu Hurairah the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: ‘Whosoever learnt knowledge desiring by it the Face of Allaah, but he does not learn it except to acquire a portion of the Dunya will not find the fragrance of Paradise on the Day of Judgement.’
Day 28 – Sincerity & Hidden Desires
From Ubaad bin Tameem from his uncle from the Prophet : ‘O Arabs beware, O Arabs beware, (he said it thrice) indeed what I fear for you the most is ar-Riyaa (showing off) and hidden desires.’

From Abdullaah bin Abbas that two people debated in front of the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- so the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- asked the claimant for evidence, however he did not have any evidence, so the Prophet requested the defendant to take an oath, and he actually took an oath by Allaah La illaha illa Huwa (there is none worth of worship except him).
