Inheritors of the Prophets

Shaykh ul Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah -Rahimahullaah- said:
” فالعلماء ورثة الأنبياء، عليهم بيان ما
جاء به الرسول ﷺ، ورد ما
يخالفه “.
The scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets. It is upon them to clarify what the Messenger ﷺ came with and to refute that which opposes him.’

العلماء ورثة الأنبياء
قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله -:
” فالعلماء ورثة الأنبياء، عليهم بيان ما جاء به الرسول ﷺ، ورد ما يخالفه “.
