الطباع والأرواح جنود مجندة Translated

Shaykh AbduRahmaan as-Saadi -Rahimahullaah- said:
Indeed a human is naturally disposed upon following his companions and those he sits with.
Characters and souls are like troops arranged, they lead each other to goodness, or to its opposite.’
[Bahjatul Qaloob al Abraar 1/156]
قال العلامة عبد الرحمٰن السعدي رحمه الله تعالى :
إنّ الإنسان مجبول على الاقتداء بصاحبه وجليسه، والطباع والأرواح جنود مجندة، يقود بعضها بعضاً إلى الخير ، أو إلى ضده .
