Amazing In-laws

Talha bin Ubaydullaah -Radhi Allaahu anhu- was one of the ten promised with Paradise.
He married four women and each of them had a sister who was married to the Prophet ﷺ so he became a brother in law to the Prophet ﷺ from four sides.
Al-Hafidh Ibn Hajr (d. 852 A.H.) -Rahimahullaah- said:
‘From the distinct relationships through marriage was that of Talha bin Ubaydullaah at-Taymee -RadhiAllaahu anhu- who married four women, a sister of each of them was a wife of the Prophet ﷺ.
1 – Talha married Umm Kalthoom bint Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, who was the sister of the truthful Aeysha bint Abu Bakr as-Siddiq.
2 – He married Himnah bint Jahash, the sister of Zainab bint Jahash.
3 – He married Farr’aah bint Abu Sufyaan, the sister of Umm Habeebah bint Abu Sufyaan.
4 – He married Ruqiyyah bint Abu Ummayyah, the sister of Umm Salamah Hind bint Abu Ummayyah.
May Allaah be pleased with all of them.’

فائدة :
طلحة بن عبيدالله رضي الله عنه:
(تزوج أربع نسوة كل واحدة أختها تحت النبي ﷺ).

ومن لطائف المصاهرات: أن طلحة بن عبيدالله التيمي رضي الله عنه تزوج بأربع نسوة، أخت كل منهن زوجات للنبي ﷺ :
تزوج بأم كلثوم بنت أبي بكر الصديق أخت الصديقة عائشة بنت أبي بكر الصديق،
وتزوج حمنة بنت جحش أخت زينب بنت جحش،
وتزوج فارعة بنت أبي سفيان أخت أم حبيبة بنت أبي سفيان،
وتزوج رقية بنت أبي أمية أخت أم سلَمة هند بنت أبي أمية رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين.”
