5 – al-Qadi Abu Ya’ala (d. 458 AH ) said:
‘As for the Rafidah, then the ruling upon them is that if they make Takfeer (excommunicate) of the Companions or say that they were evil, meaning that the Companions will be in the Hell-fire then the person who says that is not a Muslim.’

🔹وقال ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻌﻠﻰ – رحمه الله – (المتوفى سنة 458هـ) :
” ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﻓﻀﺔ ﻓﺎﻟﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻴﻬﻢ … ﺇﻥ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻓﺴﻘﻬﻢ ﺑﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﻳﺴﺘﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ” .
