No. 1 – al-Khallal (d. 311 A.H.) -Rahimahullaah- quotes:
‘Al-Firyaabi said:
‘A man asked him about the one who cursed Abu Bakr.
He replied: ‘He is a disbeliever.’
Do we pray Janazah upon him?
He answered: ‘No!’
I asked him: ‘What should we do with him because he says La ilaha illallah?’
He said: ‘Do not touch him with your hands, carry him with pieces of wood until he is buried in his grave.’

🔹وقال ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻝ – رحمه الله – (المتوفى سنة 311هـ) :
” ﺃﺧﺒﺮﻧﻲ ﺣﺮﺏ ﺑﻦ ﺇﺳﻤﺎﻋﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﻣﺎﻧﻲ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺣﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ ﺑﻦ ﻫﺎﺭﻭﻥ ﺑﻦ ﺯﻳﺎﺩ ﻗﺎﻝ : ” ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻭﺭﺟﻞ ﻳﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﻋﻤﻦ ﺷﺘﻢ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺑﻜﺮ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻓﻴﺼﻠﻰ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻻ ، ﻭﺳﺄﻟﺘﻪ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﺼﻨﻊ ﺑﻪ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻻ ﺇﻟﻪ ﺇﻻ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻻ ﺗﻤﺴﻮﻩ ﺑﺄﻳﺪﻳﻜﻢ ﺍﺭﻓﻌﻮﻩ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﺸﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﺭﻭﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻔﺮﺗﻪ “.
