The Khawarij Terrorists not judging with what Allaah has revealed No.4
Imam Shatabee said about:
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ
《 And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers – of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allah’s Laws).》Maidah:44
“هذه الآية والآيتان بعدها نزلت في الكفار، ومن غيّر حكم الله من اليهود، وليس في أهل الإسلام منها شيء؛ لأن المسلم –وإن ارتكب كبيرة- لا يقال له: كافر.
‘This Ayaah and the two Ayaat after it were revealed about the Kufar and about those who changed the judgement of Allaah from among the Jews.
It has nothing to do with the people of Islaam whatsoever, because if a Muslim – even if he committed a major sin – it cannot be said about him that he is a Kafir.’ [Al-Muwafaqaat 4/39]
