The Khawarij Terrorists not judging with what Allaah has revealed No.2
Isma’eel bin Saad said: I asked Imam Ahmad about:
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ
And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers – of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allah’s Laws).》Maidah:44
I asked: ‘What is this type of Kufr?’
He said: ‘The Kufr that does not take a person out of the Ummah.’ [Swalaat Ibn Hani 2/192]
