4 – AbdulQahir al-Baghdadi at-Tameemi (d. 429 AH) said:
‘As for the people of desires from the al-Jarudiya (a Shia sect), al-Hishamiya (a sect mostly of non-Muslims who claim Allaah has a body), Jahmeeyah and al-Imamiya (a Shia sect who ascribe divinity to their Imams) who make Takfeer of (excommunicate) the best of the Companions…. then we make Takfeer (excommunicate) them, it is not allowed to pray Janazah for them nor to pray behind them.’

🔹 وقال ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﻐﺪﺍﺩﻱ التميمي (المتوفى سنة 429هـ) :
ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻷﻫﻮﺍﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﺭﻭﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﺸﺎﻣﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﻣﺎﻣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﺃﻛﻔﺮﻭﺍ ﺧﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ … ﻓﺈﻧﺎ ﻧﻜﻔﺮﻫﻢ ، ﻭﻻ ﺗﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﻋﻨﺪﻧﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺧﻠﻔﻬﻢ انظر (اﻟﻔﺮﻕ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻕ) ( 357 )
