Shaykh Al-Albaani -Rahimahullaah- said:
‘Moving the Index finger in the Tashaud is not done as some of the Ahl ul Sunnah do today.
Raising the finger and lowering it, indicating with his finger to the ground slanting it away from the Qibla or moving it to the right and left as in the Madhab of al-Maliki.
What should be done is, moving it in its place, in a soft, gentle movement.
Do not bring attention to you moving the finger, and this is along with the finger remaining in the pointing position towards the Qibla.’

تحريك الإصبع في التشهد
قال الشيخ الالباني رحمه الله تحريك الإصبع في التشهد ليس كما يفعل بعض أهل السنة اليوم رفع وخفض فيشير باصبعه الى الأرض منحرفا عن القبلة ويمينا ويسارا كما في المذهب المالكي إنما التحريك في مكانه تحريكا هينا لينا لايسترعي الانتباه مع بقاء الإصبع تجاه القبلة
