The Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- said: Shall I not show you what will be better for you than a servant? When you lie down on your bed, say SubhanAllaah 33 times, say al-hamdulillaah 33 times and say Allaahu akbar 34 times.
