The Khawarij & Suicide

Shaykh Zayed al-Madkhali Rahimahullaah (d. 1435 A.H.) said:
‘Takfeer (Exiting Muslims from Islaam), murdering them, terrorising them, destroying their wealth, uprising and rebelling against the rulers, is nothing except from the actions of the Khawarij.
In fact the modern day Khawarij (terrorists) increased on those actions by even killing their ownselves.
Not one of the Khawarij at the time of the Companions killed himself.
However these inheritors of the Khawarij kill their ownselves, they call it suicide and use fatawa which are misguided from the truth.’

قال العلامة زيد المدخلي رحمه الله:
فتكفير المسلمين وقتلهم وترويعهم وإتلاف أموالهم والخروج على حكامهم ،
ما هو إلا فعل الخوارج، بل هؤلاء زادوا بأنهم قتلوا أنفسهم، أولئك الخوارج في عهد الصحابة ما قتل أحد نفسه ،
•• ولكن هؤلاء الورثة قتلوا أنفسهم، وسموا الإنتحار استشهادا بفتاوى ضالة عن الحق.
