The Foolishness of the Khawarij
Abul-Abbas Muhammad bin Yaqub bin al-Assm said :
‘Two of the khawarij were making Tawaf around the Ka’ba and one of them said to his companion :
‘No one will enter Paradise from this creation except me and you!’
His companion said to him :
‘The span of Paradise will be like the span of the heavens and the earth, which has only
been built for me and you?!!’
He said : ‘Yes!’
So he replied : ‘Then it is only for you!’
And he left the opinion of the khawarij and became guided.

قال أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب بن الأصمّ:
“طاف خارِجِيّان بالبيت، فقال أحدُهما لصاحبه:
لا يدخلُ الجنة من هذا الخلق غيري وغيرُك!،
فقال له صاحبُه: جنةٌ عرضُها كعرض السماء والأرض.. بُنِيَت لي ولك؟! قال: نعم!! فقال: هي لك، وترك منهج الخوارج واهتدى” .
• شرح أصول اعتقاد أهل السنة للاّلكائي (١٣٠٧/٧).
قال الفضيل بن عياض :
“والله ما يحلُّ لك أن تؤذي كلبا ولا خنزيرا بغير حق
فكيف تؤذي مسلما ؟! ”

Harming a Muslim
Al-Fudayl bin Ayaad said:
“والله ما يحلُّ لك أن تؤذي كلبا ولا خنزيرا بغير
حق فكيف تؤذي مسلما ؟! “
‘I swear by Allaah it is not permissible for you to unnecessarily harm a dog or a pig, so how can you harm a Muslim?!’

Beware of the Enemies of the Dawatul Salafeeyah
Shaykh AbdulAziz bin Baz Rahimahullaah said:
‘The enemies of the Dawatul Salafeeyah are either ignorant people or blind followers of the ignorant.
Or a person who follows his whims and desires adhering with baisedness to his desires, who knowingly disobeys Allaah.
He wants to eat from the people but he also wants to please the people even if it means losing out on his own food, drink and his desires.
We ask Allaah for goodness.

أعداء الدعوة السلفية فاحذروهم
يقول الشيخ عبد العزيز بن باز رحمه الله:
” أعداء الدعوة السلفية، إما جاهل وإما مقلد لجاهل وإما صاحب هوى متعصب لهواه الذي يعصي الله على بصيرة يريد المآكل ويريد إرضاء الناس على حساب مأكله ومشربه وهواه نسأل الله العافية”

Deviating from the Evidences
The Imam Ibn al-Qayyim -Rahimullaah – said :
‘Whoever deviates from the evidences, then he has strayed away from the correct path. There is no evidence which leads to Allaah and Paradise other than the Book and the Sunnah.
Every path which is not accompanied with the evidences from the Qur’aan & the Sunnah then it is from the path of the Hell fire and the accursed Shaytaan.

قال الإمام ابن القيّم رحمه الله :
ومن فارق الدليل، فقد ضل عن سواء السبيل.
ولا دليل إلى الله والجنة سوى الكتاب والسنة. وكل طريق لم يصحبها دليل القرآن والسنة فهي من طرق الجحيم، والشيطان الرجيم

The Shaykh was asked:
What are the most important points in which you and Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen differ and is it possible to remedy them?
The Shaykh answered:
The most important point is that we direct to the Sunnah and they direct towards the Chair (leadership).
It is possible to remedy this if they return to the Sunnah. As for us, then it is not possible for us to surrender anything from the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa ala Ahli-hee wa sallam- for the sake of the worldly life.
We do not say: ‘The end justifies the means!’ Rather we say: Indeed we have been ordered with al-Isteeqama [being upright & righteous], and the victory comes from Allaah.

سئل الشيخ مقبل بن هادي الوادعي رحمه الله تعالى..
مـا هـي أهـم النقاط التـي تختلفون أنتم والإخـوان المسلمون حولها، وهل يمكن معالجتها؟
فأجاب..
أهم النقاط؛ أن اتجاهنا إلى السنة ، واتجاهم إلى الكراسي ..
ويمكن معالجتها إذا رجعوا إلى السنة، وأما نحن فلا نستطيع أن نتنازل عن شيء من سنة رسول اللّٰه صلى اللّٰه عليه وعلى آله وسلم لأجل الدنيا، ولا نقول؛ ” إن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة “،
بل نقول؛ إننا مأمورون بالإستقامة، والنصر من عند اللّٰه.

Giving Wealth to the Non-Muslims
Hafidh Ibn Katheer -Rahimahullaah- said:
As for those people to attract the hearts of those who incline (towards Islam) then they are of different types:
From them are those who are given [material possessions] so they accept Islaam as the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa Ahli-hee wa sallam- gave to Safwaan bin Umayeeyah from the war gains of the battle of Hunayain and Safwaan took part whilst being a Mushrik.
Safwaan said: ‘The Prophet continued giving me the war gains so much so that he became the most beloved person to me after having been the most hated person to me…..
From Safwaan bin Umayeeyah who said :
أعطاني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم حنين وإنه لأبغض الناس إلي فما زال يعطيني حتى إنه لأحب الناس إلي
The Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- gave me [possessions] on the day of Hunayain and indeed he was the most hated of the people to me and he continued to give me until he became the most beloved of the people to me.’

The Ruling of Donating large Amounts of Wealth to the non-Muslims?
ما حكم التبرع للكفار بالأموال الطائلة؟
Shaykh Salih al Fawzan -Hafidhu Allaah was asked:
What is the ruling on donating large amounts of wealth to the non-Muslims?
The Answer:
‘If there is a benefit for the Muslims in this, then it is allowed. We repel their evil.
Even Zakat can be given to the non-Muslims, to soften their hearts whereby it is hoped that evil from them will be repelled.
It is given to those non-Muslims who it is hoped that their evil against the Muslims will be repelled, so therefore Zakat can be given.
This is given from the Zakat which is obligatory, so how can money which is not Zakat not be given to defend the Muslims from their harm?
This is what some of the ignorant people think is loyalty, this is not loyalty, this is defence using gentleness, defending against their danger and evil against the Muslims.’

حكم التبرع للكفار بالأموال الطائلة
سُئل العلّامة الوالد صالح الفوزان -حفظه الله-:
ما حكم التبرع للكفار بالأموال الطائلة؟
الجواب:
“إذا كان ذلك لمصلحة المسلمين لا مانع، ندفع شرّهم، حتى الزكاة يُعطى منها المؤلفة قلوبهم مما يُرجى كف شرّه من الكفار.
الكافر الذي يُرجى كف شرّه عن المسلمين يُعطى من الزكاة التي هي فرض، فكيف لا يُعطى من المال الذي ليس بزكاة من أجل دفع ضررهم عن المسلمين؟
وهذا مما يظنه بعض الجهال موالاة، وهذه ليست موالاة، هذه مداراة، مداراة لخطرهم وشرهم عن المسلمين”. اهـ

Bombings in the Masajid of the Muslims
Shaykh Rabee bin Hadi al-Madkhali -Hafidhu Allaah- said:
“والخوارج يقتلون الناس وهم في الصلاة فيتحرون وقت الصلاة ليقتلوا الناس في مساجدهم.”
‘The Khawarij kill the people whilst they are in prayer. They seek out carefully the time for prayer so that they can kill the people in their Masajid.’

تفجيرات في مساجد المسلمين
الشيخ ربيع بن هادي المدخلي -حفظه الله-:
“والخوارج يقتلون الناس وهم في الصلاة فيتحرون وقت الصلاة ليقتلوا الناس في مساجدهم.”

Protests are not Allowed
Shaykh Rabee bin Hadi al-Madkhali said:
‘Only a conceited opposer to the Sharia texts says, that protests are from the matters of ijtihaad. It is not permissible to ascribe protests to Islaam in anyway whatsoever.’

Politics Spoils Dawa
Our Shaykh Muqbil al-Wada’ee -Rahimahullaah- said:
(من تعلّق بالسياسة العصرية فسدت دعوته).
‘Whoever adheres to modern day politics then his Dawa becomes corrupt.’

(من تعلّق بالسياسة العصرية فسدت دعوته).
