Adhkaar Before Sunrise & Sunset
Translated

From Amr bin Shu’aib from his father from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allaah said:
‘Whoever says
سبحان الله
SubhanaAllaah
(Far is Allaah from imperfection)
a hundred times before sunrise and before it sets, then that is better than hundred camels.
Whoever says
الحمدُ لله
‘Alhamdulillaah’
(Praise is due to Allaah)
a hundred times before sunrise and before it sets, then that is better than hundred knights which are carried on the camels in the path of Allaah.
Whoever says,
الله أكبر
Allaahu Akbar
(Allaah is the greatest)
a hundred times before sunrise and before it sets, is better than freeing hundred captives.
Whoever says
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَه،ُ
لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْد،ُ
وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
La ilaha ‘illa Allaahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shayin qadeer
‘There is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah Alone, He has no partners, to Him belongs the Dominion and for Him is all praise, and He is capable of all things.’ –
a hundred times before sunrise and before it sets, then no one comes on the Day of Judgement with a deed better than his deed, except like the one who says the like of what he said or increased upon that.’

4يوم الرابعة – أذكار
قال رسول الله
من قال: (سبحانَ الله) مئةَ مرَّةٍ قبلَ طلوعِ الشمسِ وقبلَ غُروبها؛ كان أفضلَ من مئةٍ بَدَنَة، ومن قالَ: (الحمدُ لله) مئة مرة قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها؛ كان أفضلَ مِن مئة فرِسٍ يُحمَلُ عليها في سبيل الله، ومن قال: (الله أكبر) مئة مرة، قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها، كان أفضلَ من عتقِ مائةِ رقبةٍ، ومن قال: (لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ وحدَه لا شريك له، له الملك، وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير) مئةَ مرة قبل طلوعِ الشمس وقبل غروبها، لم يَجيءْ يومَ القيامة أحدٌ بعملٍ أفضلَ من عملِه، إلاَّ مَن قال مثلَ قوله، أو زاد عليه”.

حسنه الالباني في صحيح الترغيب والترهيب رقم (658) .
Urdu Translation By the Translation Team
چوتھا دن
اذکار
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“جو شخص سورج کے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے اور غروب ہونے سے پہلے “سبحان اللہ” سو مرتبہ کہے، تو یہ سو اونٹوں سے بہتر ہوگا۔
اور جو شخص سورج کے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے اور غروب ہونے سے پہلے “الحمد للہ” سو مرتبہ کہے، تو یہ سو گھوڑوں سے بہتر ہے جن پر اللہ کی راہ میں سوار ہو کر جہاد کیا جائے۔
اور جو شخص سورج کے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے اور غروب ہونے سے پہلے “اللہ اکبر” سو مرتبہ کہے، تو یہ سو گردنوں(غلاموں) کو آزاد کرنے سے بہتر ہوگا۔
اور جو شخص سورج کے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے اور غروب ہونے سے پہلے “لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ” سو مرتبہ کہے، تو قیامت کے دن کوئی بھی ایسا عمل لے کر نہیں آئے گا جو اس کے عمل سے بہتر ہو، سوائے اس شخص کے جو اسی کے برابر یا اس سے زیادہ کہے۔”

امام البانی نے اسے صحیح الترغیب و الترہیب (حدیث نمبر: 658) میں حسن قرار دیا ہے۔
