9. Crave after Titles
King AbdulAziz Ala Saud -Rahimahullaah- said:
‘I am not from those who are proud with the title ‘King’ nor do I give it any importance. Nor am I from those who crave after titles and chase for them. But rather we are proud of the Islamic religion and we are proud that we are callers of glad tidings to the Tawheed of Allaah. Spreading His religion and the most beloved deed to us is performing deeds in His path.’

فتح العزيز في ذكر عقيدة
الملك عبد العزيز آل سعود
كلامه الله في العناية بالتوحيد
قال الملك عبدالعزيز آل سعود رحمه الله
لست ممن يفخرون بألقاب الملك ولا بإبهته ممن يولعون بالألقاب ويركضون وراءها وإنما نحن نفتخر بالدين الإسلامي ونفتخر بأننا دعاة مبشرون لتوحيد الله ونشر دينه وأحب الأعمال إلينا هو العمل في هذا السبيل “
